April

I cant believe there are only a few more days in April??! It has gone by so fast!
Here is what we have been up to....

It feels so nice to finally have spring here. Avy loves being outside. We play in the yard and go on walks pretty much every day. She is one little girl that is not afraid of getting dirty!

More play time with my camera. I love this thing.
And...I actually planted some flowers in our yard that didn't die!! wahoo
Forget me not flowers. cute :)
Just making a little mud soup. yumm. With some crazy after a nap hair.

We love when Madi comes to play!!

The Thomasons came to visit one weekend. The boys all went on a motor bike ride while the girls went shopping :) We always love having them here and we were all sad when the left! Come again!!
Thanks for the thumbs up Chris :)

 Something interesting on the computer??

In other news... Baby #2 is growing growing! My doctor said everything was going great. She is guessing its a boy because the heart rate was a little slow (normal, but slower) So we will see in a little over a week!! I cant wait!

Those were most of the highlights this month. Other things this month I havent been taking pictures of....
Avy and I love our new play group friends. We meet up every Thursday and its always fun and crazy with so many little kids. We have also been going to the library for reading time and she loves it. She has popped out another bottom tooth which now brings her to a whopping 7 teeth ( that's not much for her age. but we will take it!) Avalee has most of the Lorri Burgner band video memorized. She wants to dance on her "stage" every morning. (thanks gardner family! Colton we cant wait for you to come dance with her!) Chris has been working mostly 6 day work weeks. He is the hardest worker I know. I really am the luckiest person in the world to have him. We are all doing good and have a few big house projects coming up in the next few weeks so we are keeping busy :)
oh, and lots of baths. I can only handle her being in the mud for so long... :)

(a little Lorrie Burgner band dance party)

Easter

Im sorry Avalee, I had to get a picture. so funny but so so sad! She was shaken up all day.

This year we spent Easter in Rexburg (surprise) with all our family. And I honestly wouldn't have it any other way :) We had a blast. Avalee and I spent the week before Easter in Rexburg. Every day was seriously so fun. We went shopping, had a fabulous pedicure, played with cousins, bowling, and had some amazing food. My mom made sure all my pregnancy cravings were met :) Chinese Fongs dinner, Huge green salad covered in Chizs ranch, Mexican plum loco, her home made bread- mmmm-, and enough easter candy to last a lifetime. (Im taking this cravings thing too far- Im going to get HUGE!!)
Here are some pics from the week....

The eggs and basket- best toy a one year old could ask for.

Enjoying our ice cream fill for the day.

She hates when we brush her teeth but loves playing with the toothbrush and paste.

We went shopping at toysRus and Avy managed to hug (and pull off the shelf) every baby there. Such a good little mommy. (hello crazy legs?? ha)

We got to spend some time with Doug and Aly and their babies- Avy was chasing those kitties all over. I hope they are not traumatized.

My family was kind enough to give into one of my many cravings ( I keep using pregnancy as an excuse but I actually crave Plum Loco all the time) Delish!!!

We had a totally awesome night of bowling and mini golfing with the Webster clan. So much fun! Avalee was in heaven.

(notice Avy stealing everyones golf balls. ha)
This was suppose to be a really cool picture with a huge double rainbow in the back but it didn't really turn out that way...still adorable kiddos

We started off the Easter festivities with the Thomasons. Bonnie and Warren obviously had an amazing dinner and a epic Easter egg hunt. The weather was absolutely beautiful and we spent most of the day sitting in their beautiful back yard just talking and laughing. The kids were in heaven riding the four wheelers and motor bikes. Such a perfect day.

(warning- I got a new camera for my birthday and I'm totally in love with it. So just enjoy the 400 pictures I took trying to figure out how it works)

Easter Sunday was spent with the Websters. We spent the day playing with Easter baskets and toys and cousins and more eating. Avy decided to take a nap right durring Church so I obviously had to take a nap with her- oops. Sorry. But my mom made cute little easter projects for us to do so we did remember the true meaning of Easter :) It was another beautiful day and we had a wonderful time!!
I tried to do a mini photo shoot with the little girls and their Easter dresses. Now that I have this fun camera I try to pretend I'm a professional but I actually have no idea what I am doing. They still turned out pretty cute.  Most adorable dresses ever (thank you Janet)
