Christmas!

We spent Christmas in Rexburg with our families. It was about -15 degrees the entire time we were there so we didn't play outside very much but it was such a nice relaxing weekend spent with the people we love the most.
We left on Christmas eve and got to Rexburg just in time to make Santa cookies with Grandma Janet and go to the Gardners Christmas eve party.

Cutest little Angel

The "must be Santa!!" song. Such a weird but awesome Christmas tradition :)

Avy made and decorated her cookie for Santa all by herself. Then she drew a picture for Mrs Clause. SO CUTE!! She was so excited to see that he ate the cookie and took the picture. Its all so magical :)

Christmas morning was pure happiness. I love Christmas morning more as a parent than as a kid. Jett loved his tractor, little motor cycle and dart gun. He is total boy! Avy got so excited every time she saw her name on a present. She kept saying "A-V-Y!! this one is for me!!" She was most excited about all her new barbies/princesses and zoomer kitty toy.

Then it was time for the famous, incredibly delicious, grandma Janet Christmas breakfast! One of our favorite Christmas traditions. And then playing with toys :) All day long!

The Thomason Family Christmas party was the next day. Jason cooked amazing prime rib and shrimp. It was so delicious!! Warren read the Christmas nativity and all the dads played the puppets that Bonnie had. It was really cute and the kids loved it. Such a good night. Im so lucky to have amazing in laws that I love so much

This was once the grownup table but the kids have taken over!! :)
