easter

Egg hunts, new Easter church clothes,  my moms famous egg casserole for breakfast, lots of candy, and Church together. That pretty much sums up the day. It was a wonderful weekend and Easter holiday. So awesome and exhausting at the same time :)We loved every minute!

When I heard the Broadway, "Wicked" was coming to Boise, I called everyone in my family and we got tickets immediately. Chris had never seen it and he loved it. We all did! It was a awesome show and even more fun that my whole family got to go together
( and thank heavens I had an amazing friend, Marci, to babysit. Thankyou!!)

After the show, we went out to Diana and Brayden's house for an amazing tri-tip steak and dutch oven potato dinner. Seriously, incredibly delicious. Topped off with a fire and smores. It could not have been a more perfect day.

 

My family got to Boise the night before the show. So we went out for Bowling and Pizza. It was a blast.. and hilarious... and Delicious....and just so much fun

 

conference weekend

Conference weekend is always a fun few days of being with family and laying around, eating good food and listening to all the amazing talks. But this time it was extra special. Bonnie was really sick and had to be in the hospital due to a blockage in her stomach. But she did not let that ruin her special conference weekend. So all the Thomasons gathered in the little hospital Chapel and watched conference together. Then we had a great Sunday dinner (it was actually delicious) in the hospital cafeteria. It was such a fun and memorable weekend. But most of all, it was such a perfect time to listen to the Prophet and be reminded that God has a plan for us and he will help us through our trials. Evey talk had something that our family needed to hear. What a wonderful and uplifting weekend we were able to spend with our family.

 I stayed in Rexburg for the week and watch Anni and Kate while Mandy, Brady, the boys and my parents went to Denver. It was way fun with the girls, but busy! They are always on the go.
While the girls were at school we were able to spend some time with Bonnie and Warren. Bonnie had a stent placed where the blockage was so she was able to go home from the hospital and is now doing great! And looking more beautiful than ever.

I tried to help a little with Stevens scrap book while I was in Rexburg. It has been 14 years since he died from cancer. I miss him every day.
I was fun to look through his pictures. I found this one when Steven and Chris were on expedition together. And believe it or not, they were actually in college in this picture- Chris looks 12 :)

 We also got to help Bonnie with some of her scrap booking. It was a huge mess, but so much fun. I loved spending time with her and my sisters.

Chris came and picked us up the next weekend. We went to church with Bonnie and Warren. And because I am the crazy picture girl, I of coarse, had to get picture of everyone in their Sunday best :)

I have been on this kick lately and I love taking pictures when my babies are asleep. They just look so perfect and cute. Jett loves sleeping by Avy. He is such a cuddle boy

Jett 6 months

Happiest, sweetest most adorable baby ever. He seriously is such a chill and easy going little guy.

- In 12 month clothes (pushing 18 months)
- Him and Avy both wear size 4 diapers
-Loves the little play station saucer thing.
- Started eating some baby food and loves it.  Sweet potatoes are the favorite.
- He is a expert at rolling now. He moves all over the place.
- So good at sitting by himself. Every day he gets stronger. Its so nice to just sit him up and throw him a toy and he will play by himself for ever.
- Still loves to be standing and is trying to hold onto things. I dont think it will be long before he is pulling himself up :(
-his is still a horrible sleeper- well not horrible, he just likes to eat every 2-3 hours. We tried to let him cry it out for a few nights and after a hour and 20 min of heart wrenching screams, I just fed him and he went right to sleep. I dont know what to do. ugg
- He has the cutest and funniest laugh. He thinks Avy is so funny (so do I!) And he is so ticklish. It is easy to make him laugh and we do it a lot :)
-He still love to be heald most of the day. My left arm is pretty buff
- No teeth yet
- So much long hair. Its so cute! I cant bring myself to cut it all off yet.
- He sleeps better in Avys bed. He sometimes grabs a piece of her "bookie" to snuggle with.
- loves to nibble on his toes and pull his socks off
- still loves the tub and splashes like crazy
- reaches and grabs for anything in reach- like right now he just grabed my phone and threw it on the floor :)
