And just like that, he is one :(
 
- 22lbs 8 oz (65%)
-30 inches long (48%)
- head -18 inches (54%)
-happiest, most smiley baby. If you smile at him, he will smile back
- He is so ticklish. And has the cutest laugh.
-He finally sleeps though the night! He wakes up every once and awhile and needs his binki, but that is nothing compared to what it use to be.
- we are always calling him animal names. Here are a few of our favorites:
    *bear cub- because he is so cute and cuddly, but strong and solid/heavy
    * puppy- he crawls around following avy like a little pup
    *Shark boy- because he approaches everything with a open mouth trying to bite. And if he bites you, you  will cry...
   *monkey- He is such a good climber! Its getting dangerous
- Not totally walking yet, but so close. He can take 5 or 6 steps. He is such a fast little crawler so he doesn't need to walk!
- He can say mama and dada so good! I cant translate the rest of his language yet, but he is sure talking all the time. And he knows how to tell us what he wants
-He likes his binki for bed time but not during the day. awesome!
-He is the best eater! He loves everything I put in his mouth.
- He will throw his head back when he is having a fit. Its a little dangerous sometimes because he has a big head!
- He loves Avy and thinks she is so funny. They are pretty good at entertaining each other
- He Loves going outside. And will cry at the door ( like a puppy) to go out
- Now has 4 top and 2 bottom teeth.
-Has the most beautiful blue eyes you will ever see
- Loves bath time SO much!
- He is pretty attached to me and chris. Its hard to get him to go to anyone else
- Still likes to pull my hair and pinch my face. Good thing he is so dang cute...
- one nap a day
-he is just full of happiness, smiles and love. He has made our lives better in every way. We love this little guy so much!!!

Birthday Boy!

Happy Happy Birthday to this adorable, sweet little boy. We love him more than words. He has made our lives better and happier in every way... except the lack of sleep :) We love you so much baby Jett!!

We had a small little party for him while our parents were in town. He loved every present and loved his cake even more. This little guy was in heaven.

 Avy really loves the Vacuum she gave Jett. She has cleaned non stop since he got it. I wish it was real!

 Of coarse Gma Janet got Avy a present too... So nice :)

 It was my moms bday too. Thanks for letting Jett kind of steal the day.... we love you!

sep 15-19

It is the middle of september and the leaves are changing color, but summer doesnt seem to be going anywhere. It has been in the high 80s and 90 degrees all week. We are still trying to play outside and keep cool as much as possible. I wish our pool was still open :(

I am running out of ideas on how to entertain these two. We resorted to playing with the hose and mud one day, and going out to Dianas and bugging them the next day :)

I straightened Avys hair and it is so long and pretty! She kept saying she felt like Rapunzel

 Avy always wants to ride her bike when we go on walks, but she gets tired after awhile and I end up having to carry the bike back. This time the stroller helped me out :) Her straight hair didn't last long either. Back to perfect little curls

Warren and my parents came on friday for the weekend to see Jett on his Bday. It was so nice to have them here!

We had fun shopping and eating lunch together. Having our parents here meant so much to us and it made Jetts birthday special. We are so lucky to have such amazing parents.

Sep 1-14

These past weeks really haven't been that busy, but so crazy busy at the same time. These are some of the things we have been up to.... The good, the bad and the ugly

-We have been going to the park a ton.
- Our pool closed on the 9th. So we went everyday until it closed. 
- Avy started her dance class again. And I get to be her teacher! It is fun so far. Pretty hard teaching 12, 2 year olds to stand still and plie'. But Im only teaching two classes, once a week. Easy peasy.
-Our whole family got a horrible case of the sinus head cold. No one could breath through their nose. 
-Jett got the worse case of bum rash ever from having diarrhea every 5 minutes for 2 days
-our sweet little home has looked like a tornado of dress ups, bottles, food, toys, kleenexes full of snot, and endless dirty dishes and dirty diapers.
-I proudly pulled  a few garbage bags full of weeds from our back yard.
- We got to watch Madi one night and the girls had a little sleepover party. They came and got her about midnight, so it was only a few hours of sleeping over, but they had a blast.
-Little Jetts sleeping habits have gotten worse and worse. He cries/screams about 5 of the 8 hours in the night.We are in the hard processes of sleep training him (again). He is now totally weaned from me (wahoo!) so no more last night snacks, buddy :)

aug 29-sep 1 *labor Day weekend*

Avy has been riding her bike to the pool. She loves it! The entire time she is yelling, "This is so much fun!"

We went to Rexburg for Labor day weekend. Nothing better than being around the fam :)

Avy hated the tractor ride. She cried the entire time. Then when we were all done she said she had so much fun....
