May 3rd-15th Mothers day and Thomasons visit

We just found out that there are a bunch of fishing ponds close to us. Even though we didn't catch any fish, the kids LOVED feeding the ducks. Mostly loved the cute baby ducks and geese!

Mothers day was really sweet. Chris got me some flowers and Avy colored me a bunch of pictures. I absolutely love being their mom. Couldn't ask for a better job in the world.
Avy is really into picking out her OWN outfits. It kind of drives me crazy but whatever....

 Chris also got me this little backyard fire pit. So far it has only made a lot of smoke and stinks like lighter fluid, but once we get the right coals/brickettes , we will be in business.

Chris works a 12 hours shift on Wednesdays and so we have been bringing him lunch. Avy wrote him this cute note to leave on his desk and I just love it so much. She is so cute and smart

The Thomasons came to Boise for Chris's cousin, Cam, mission homecoming. But since they were all coming, they decided to do a big bike ride together. Chris had way fun and now wants a bike... of coarse.
All the girls and kids stayed home and went shopping ( I got Jett a new bed!) then swimming and then playing at our house. It was such a fun day with everyone together.

The next day Jett found the leftover cupcakes and Avy found the bag of Chick-fil-a sauce. Yummy treats?

april 25th- May 3rd Rexburg and dance recital

Anni and Kate had their dance recital on April 30th and I have never seen them perform! So I HAD to come and watch them. Chris had to work and couldn't come with us so it was just me and the kids. The girls were AMAZING! I was so proud! And couldn't believe how grown up they are. Avy loved watching them. She wanted every sparkly dance costume. I think it got her really excited for her recital!

I knew I couldn't handle Jett running everywhere during the performance so Denise babysat him for me! So nice. And he obviously had a blast!!

The rest of the weekend was non stop playing with cousins and grandparents. My kids LOVE rexburg! Life is always better at grandma's house 

I wanted to get a cute picture of my kids before church..... I might need to try again. Silly Jett!

 They both fell asleep on me at church and Diana took a picture. My dad and I were also asleep just with our eyes open...

 Jett is really starting to love baby Jayde. He always wants to hold her... kind of scary sometimes :)

april 18th- april 23rd arena cross

Avy had her dance class pictures. She loved trying on her costumes! She is the cutest happiest little dancer. The "Tinker bell" dance and "Jail house rock" dance

Me, sick with sinus infection and allergies while my kids eat bread for dinner and jump all over me. Mom life :) wouldn't change it for anything

Avy's preschool class went to the zoo so we all decided to go since Chris didn't work that day. It was really fun. Avy is so cute around her school friends.

We went to Arena Cross and it was awesome. Jett was in shock and couldn't stop staring at the motorcycles. He Loved it so much! Avy kept asking when we were going to leave... so we got he the $10 snow cone and then she was happy.
