july 11- 24th summer fun

Madis birthday party! It was awesome because it was at our pool! The homemade root beer (magic witch potion), swimming and eating the cake with no forks made for the perfect birthday party :)
Look at these adorable FOUR year olds!

A few days later it was Nixon's Bday party at the park.

We have been going on a lot of bike rides. Avy is getting so good and fast with no training wheels!

Morning/afternoon swimming all by our self!

Avy started gymnastics and LOVES it! She loves using the chalk for the bars, just like the girls on the Olympics!!
More pool time!

And playing in the sprinklers.

July 8-10th Thomason reunion at Sawmill

The Thomason family camp out was in Sawmill Canyon (about 50 miles- or 1.5 hours- north of Howe) It was beautiful!! So refreshing to get out of cell service and just play with my family. Even though we all got disgustingly dirty and didnt sleep much, I loved it and am excited for next year. Hopefully next time we will have a small camper or a bigger tent :)

We hiked up to Mill Creek lake. A beautiful little lake at the top of a mountain. They said it was only about 3 miles round trip and it was easy and fun for kids. Well, it was actually just under 8 miles round trip and pretty difficult, especially at the end. It didn't make it any easier that most the time I had either Jett or Avy on my back. But it was still a fun adventure and so so beautiful. I just need to get in shape before I hike up a mountain again.

Sleeping Jett the entire way down! My shoulders were sore

4th of July!

The 4th of July was pretty low key, but still really fun. We started out with the longest Rexburg parade ever. The kids wanted to leave early! The rest of the day we were out at Warrens house just eating and playing with fire works. Avy was scared of them and Jett couldn't get enough!! He LOVED the fireworks.

June 28- July 1st. Webster reunion

Webster Reunion highlights:
- huckleberry milkshakes in Ashton
- Mesa Falls. So amazing and beautiful. Got to see a osprey feed its babies in a huge nest.
- Beautiful huge cabin with a great view. We were welcomed with rainbows and bright blue birds flying around.
-Three full days of perfect hot weather. A few afternoon thunder showers just so we had time to do crafts :)
- Boating, boating and more boating. I have never had so much fun skiing and wake boarding!! Jackson and I couldn't get enough
- Avy did NOT want me to water ski and told everyone about 500 times (not exaggerating)  But she got over it around the last day we were there.
- Paddle boarding and playing on the Sub Squash. My kids favorite part! Jett loved saying row row row!
- Taking naps on our private grass area and dock :)
- Four wheelers and motor bikes
- a Birthday parties and pinatas
- A ridiculously amazing amount of incredible food, treats and pop.
- Campfires and s'mores every night under the stars trying to learn astronomy 101 from Gpa Rob. Best teacher ever!

The funnest 4 days with the best people in the world. I love my family so much!!
